Dr Tarryn Frederick is a distinguished chiropractor with a wealth of experience spanning across two continents. She graduated from the Durban University of South Africa with a master’s degree in chiropractic and a published dissertation in the fields of paediatrics and education.

During her academic journey Doctor Frederick earned multiple awards for academic excellence and has tutored other chiropractic students in radiology, diagnostics and clinical chiropractic.

Previously owning 2 private practices of her own, Doctor Frederick has special interests in the fields of sports, pregnancy and rehabilitation.

With a firm belief that optimal performance is essential in various life stages, from elite athletes striving for excellence to expectant mothers embracing profound transformations and even adolescents navigating growth and development, she champions the indispensable role of a skilled chiropractor in unlocking one’s full potential to achieving peak wellness.

Luke is an enthusiastic and committed physiotherapist with experience in NHS and private physiotherapy.

He graduated from the university of Brighton, completing placements across the south east of England in the different fields of his profession. 

Since graduating, Luke has worked in different NHS teams, police occupational health and at private physiotherapy and sports therapy clinics. 

Luke specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and has a holistic approach to treatment which allows him to carry out skilled assessments and provide great rehabilitation. He uses exercise prescription, manual therapy, advice and education to work with people and help them achieve their goals. 

He also has a background in strength and conditioning and enjoys strength training himself.
